You can book with confidence, knowing that your trip to 100% financially protected and we will always be as flexible as possible. Below we have outlined some of the steps that we believe will give you the complete reassurance and peace of mind to book today.
Cruise Croatia is part of Unforgettable Travel Company which is a fully bonded tour operator and member of the Association of Bonded Tour Operators Trust (ABTOT). All clients that book trips with us, no matter their country of origin are financially protected by ABTOT. Our ABTOT membership number is 5381.
Each year we are required to pass a financial fitness test and pay a sizeable bond to protect the monies guests pay us for their trips. We also hold an Air Travel Oganisers License (ATOL 7583) which issued by the Civil Aviation Authority.
Should you wish to cancel outright for any reason, we will apply a low cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to the card you paid us with.

Trip deposits can be paid by credit card or bank transfer and we do not charge any fees for credit card payments.
The ships we operate on are all locally built in Croatia, at ships yards not far from Split. Cruise Croatia supports local captains with investment into the ships to help them build. We have therefore developed an extraordinarily strong bond with our local captains and their families. The captain, crew on our vessels and our fantastic ground staff, are all Croatian. Unlike big ocean liners, whose proceeds go to corporate firms and hedge funds, the revenue generated from our ships is invested into the local community.
All our small ship cruises include hand-picked excursions which have been tried, tested, and perfected by our team. We aim to introduce our guests to small family-run vineyards, traditional family-run restaurants and local producers who all have a wonderful story to tell and truly value the experience of interacting with our guests.
