The MS Mama Marija is a brand-new luxury yacht, built for the 2018 season. Offering the ultimate small-ship cruising experience, she’s been exceeding expectations in every way, from her fully-equipped, comfortable air-conditioned cabins and state-of-the-art technology to her elegant rooftop Jacuzzi.
The MS Mama Marija is 155-feet-long and 28.6-feet-wide, allowing passengers to visit places that large cruise ships just can’t reach, navigating narrow waterways and into the very hearts of exciting medieval cities and hidden coves as well as small island ports. While she provides the ultimate in a small-ship cruise experience, she also boasts modern cabins with lots of amenities and spacious common areas for relaxing and socializing.
There are 18 well-appointed cabins on the MS Mama Marija, with 10 main deck and 8 lower deck cabins ranging in size from 119- to 140-square feet. Each offer individual air-conditioning control with an independent ventilation system for continuous fresh air. All are conveniently designed as private en-suites, complete with a toilet, shower and sink as well as a hairdryer. They also include a safe deposit box, satellite television, wardrobe, nightstand, a work desk and chair, and a small sofa. Standard cabins have two portholes, while main deck cabins have a cabin window and a porthole in the bathroom. All are soundproofed and contain the latest safety gear as well as a sound system for notifications by the captain and cruise director.
The MS Mama Marija features a sundeck on its upper deck that covers nearly 4,200-square-feet. It’s filled with enough sun loungers for every passenger, while part of it is shaded for taking a break from the intense rays. The rooftop Jacuzzi is a wonderful place to be for relaxing onboard as well. The ship has a platform for swimming that includes two ladders for easy access to the enticing Adriatic waters as well as a spacious restaurant and bar area on the main deck that includes an LCD TV.
Guests can look forward to especially delicious meals created fresh each day by the onboard chef and served on a half-board basis. A buffet-style breakfast and seven 3-course set lunches utilizing local produced are included, as is daily fresh fruit and bottled water. The bar offers a good selection of soft drinks, beer, wine and spirits for purchase, with the total paid at the conclusion of the trip. All dining is enjoyed in a relaxed, casual environment with no dress code required.
