While she might look like an ordinary vessel from a distance, the Elysium is sure to impress from the moment you step on board. Designed to provide an intimate experience with personalized individual attention, she hosts up to just four dozen guests and has a wealth of modern amenities. A rare gem, her cabins are extra spacious, all en-suite with individually controlled air conditioning and upscale perks like flat-screen TVs, spa robes, and slippers. Her decks include spaces for alfresco dining, sipping cocktails while socializing, sunset yoga, and even soaking in a Jacuzzi while surrounded by the endless expanse of the azure Aegean.
The categories of cabins range from A+ to C, all of which are extra-spacious, with the option for one queen-size bed or two twins. Many have picture windows, but even the cabins with portholes allow for watching the breathtaking passing scenery as they’re large and well above the water line. Share your photos with friends back home from the comfort of your cabin with Wi-Fi extended throughout the ship and enjoy amenities like minibars, flat-screen TVs with a bridge channel, movies, and news. All are en-suite with the private bathrooms supplied with hairdryers and you’ll also have spa robes, slippers, and fluffy beach towels.
The Reception Area serves as the space for check-in and more. It evokes the Zen-like vibe that you can expect throughout the ship, allowing you to relax and enjoy from the moment you step onboard. There are two desks to check in to ensure there won’t be a long wait – you’ll be welcomed with a smile and our tasty signature drink. After the cruise gets underway, this is where you’ll want to go for all-day complimentary tea and coffee, to pick up a book or board game in the library cabinet, or shop the boutique with some fantastic gift items and much more.
With an emphasis on wellness during our cruises, you’ll even find a wellness deck. This is a great place to melt any last bit of stress you might be carrying with you. Maybe you’ll sink into the large slumber sofa with a good read or sunbathe on one of the comfortable loungers which can even help regulate your circadian rhythm to beat jet lag. While the Jacuzzi is fabulous anytime, soaking is especially enjoyable under the stars and perhaps a full moon. Taking part in sunset yoga sessions, Pilates classes, and meditation are all possible here too.
Many of our guests note that dining was one of the highlights of their trip. One of the reasons for that is that our talented onboard chefs like to pick up fresh, local ingredients from the destinations we visit. That makes for especially tasty farm- or sea-to-table meals with authentic flavors to enhance the entire experience. They may be enjoyed as part of a sumptuous buffet, a multicourse meal, a la carte dishes, a special themed dinner, or a beach BBQ. Finger foods, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic drinks are available throughout the day as well. One thing is sure, you won’t go hungry on Elysium.
