Losinj Island Vacations & Tours

One of the most beautiful of the Croatian islands, Losinj is famous for its lush green vegetation. The main resort is the town of Mali Losinj – the largest on both this island and neighbouring Cres – whose harbour is said to be the most beautiful in the entire Adriatic.

The tourist area is centred around Cikat Bay, which is well known for its beach and its good windsurfing conditions.

Things to do in Losinj

Losinj Island Hotel

The best Wellness Centers and Spas.

Losinj in Istria boasts some of the most impressive spas and wellness retreats in the Adriatic which provide either panoramic views and facials with essential Mediterranean oils and herbs. Many are set in hotels, where a state-of-the-art wellness zone is a prerequisite. They are all unique and offer its own exclusive range of massages, facials and body treatments.  Particularly recommended is the ‘Hot Chocolate’, an hour-long massage using a warm cocoa butter oil. Good for post-sunbathing, the oils replenish moisture and the gentle massage left me feeling completely relaxed.  As an alternative to the popular hot stone massage was the ‘Signature Cold Stone Massage’, a gentle and detoxifying massage using cold stones from the Adriatic Sea to relieve tension and aid lymphatic drainage.
